At Sensations Dance Studio, we love movement and we want to encourage women of all shapes and sizes to discover the joy of dance and the liberation of fully experiencing the potential of their bodies.
To feel comfortable in the world you need to be comfortable with yourself. We teach you how to use your body, how to move your body and how to ENJOY your body.
We know you are busy, so we run workshops as well as weekly classes. Just pick one that suits you. All classes and workshops are run in safe, supportive, women-only environments.
